Custom reports can be developed in minutes and you can even create new templates yourself! With instant reports in a format that exactly matched your requirements, you can spend less time developing the reports and more time managing the risks! IRIS also allows you to create unlimited slices through the portfolio so you can view portfolio data by functional area, geography, 3rd party vendor, key components etc – the possibilities are literally endless!

Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (incl. Monte Carlo)

Using the IRIS CSRA Module, teams can more accurately measure a project’s risk exposure and the effects of risk on budget and schedule delay. Full project schedules can be imported from MS Project, Primavera or other popular tools and uncertainty attached to items in the task list. Risks can be applied to individual tasks or groups of items as required and our built in statistical analysis engine generates charts for duration, date, cost calculations, and critical path analysis based on your desired confidence levels. Users can quickly overlay “What If?” analysis as well as generate metrics for Criticality, Cruciality, Sensitivity and Critical Path Analysis.
