COVID-19 Support

IRIS Intelligence would like to reassure all our customers that all operations are continuing as normal.  Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, immediate measures have been taken to protect the health and well-being of our employees whilst continuing to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Following recommendations from local and national authorities, most of our team shall be working remotely, thus enabling us to remain productive and limit disruption to our services.

If you have any issues please contact customer support in the normal manner.  Should your primary representative fall ill, IRIS will contact you with details of an alternate.

The pandemic has been dynamic and intense for all concerned over the past few weeks. Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected, directly or indirectly.

Supporting Customers & The Community Through COVID-19

IRIS Intelligence has developed a pandemic remediation support tracker.  In the same way as auto-manufacturers are helping to make ventilators, beer companies making hand sanitzer, etc., IRIS Intelligence has turned attention to whether we can help stem the flow of the virus.  

We feel there is likely to be a management challenge for large, complex organizations that need to oversee the activity required to make multiple facilities safe, multiple programs continue to function and multiple teams adapt to a new way of working, at least in the short term.  We identified a parallel between tracking the required activities to adjust to the pandemic in this complex environment and the management of a large regulatory compliance or cyber security remediation program, albeit one that is moving at a much faster pace.

With that in mind, we have re-purposed our remediation tracker to provide a pandemic response tracker.  Instead of NIST guidance on cyber security, we have uploaded CDC / OHSA guidance on the pandemic response, but we anticipate that we will upload business specific checklists on demand.

Note: This is not a commercial product, nor a commercial offer – we are offering this tool to the community for as long as there is capacity to do so.
