Waterfall / Burndown Charts
IRISIntelligence incorporates waterfall charts (often called Risk Burndown charts) to display the progress of a risk over time and against plan. The charts are instantly populated using your existing data collection and can be exported directly to PowerPoint for inclusion within reports and distribution across the organisation.
Waterfall charts instantly and simply demonstrate the trend in the progress of the risk over time. Using the charts you can show how and when the probability or impact of the risk was or should be reduced, and compare the actual risk assessment with the original plan.
