Email Reminders Ensure Risks are Actively Managed

Clients often tell us that one of their greatest problems is ensuring risk data remains current.  All too often they spend plenty of time and effort up front identifying risks but, once identified, these risks sit in the risk register gathering dust.

IRISIntelligence ensures that risk data remains current.  The Professional and Expert editions generate email reminders to risk owners when activity is due, and to project managers or department heads when a review is sufficiently overdue.  Furthermore, project managers and department heads can see instantly which risks are overdue as they will turn red in the risk register (see below)

• Settings for email reminders can be customised (e.g. 3 days before, 1 day before or day of review)
