Individual/SME License Options 

Named User License

Named User licenses are assigned to individual users, and may not be shared.  These licenses may be either loaded directly onto individual PCs, or loaded onto a network/server environment in order to share data and information. 

Named User Licenses offer:

Concurrent Network License

A concurrent network license allows multiple users to access the software via to the server. Any employee can be registered with the software and access the system - the restriction is placed on the number of users that can operate the software at any one time (i.e. concurrently). 

Concurrent Network Licenses offer:

• Perpetual license duration
• Unlimited access to IRIS for all present and future employees (though simultaneous access is limited to the total number of concurrent network licenses)
• Significant savings over individual license purchases, especially when planning for future hires
• Consistent high quality of decision-making

• Dedicated account management, maintenance, and technical support programme
• No geographical limitations

Academic License

Members of academic institutions may qualify for significant discounts on IRISIntelligence software products.  IRIS Intelligence incorporates best practice risk management methodologies including the OGC's Management of Risk (MoR), PMBoK, PRINCE 2 to name a but a few. 

The Academic license option is available to Lecturers, Research Fellows and Students, but proof of academic status will be required at the point of purchase

• Course Licenses available for lecturers wishing to integrate the software into the curriculum

Annual Lease

Due to restrictions on capital expenditure, organisations may prefer to lease the software rather than buy it outright.  An annual lease reduces the up front capital investment required in exchange for a minimum term lease contract.  After the minimum term, the software is deemed to have been purchased outright and the organisation may revert to the standard maintenance contract if it so chooses.
