IRIS presents at PMI’s Global Congress North America
IRIS recently presented a hugely popular session “Five Key Lessons for Effective Risk Management” at the PMI’s Global Congress in Denver, Colorado.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is the world’s largest community of project managers, representing more than 200,000 professionals in 125 countries. PMI professionals cover every major industry including, aerospace, automotive, business management, construction, engineering, financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and telecommunications. Its North American Congress, is one of the largest gatherings of Project Management Professionals in the world.
In addition to exhibiting the leading edge software solution in the Main Hall, IRIS was selected to present one of the Foundational Seminar sessions. The topic, “Five Key Lessons for Effective Risk Management” covered elements from the entire risk management process, including risk identification, evaluation and assessment, risk mitigation and management reporting, as well as covering the tips on issue and opportunity management.
